Overview
Our F8 fiberglass medium-efficiency bag filters combine ultra-fine fiberglass melt-blown media with an optimized V-shape pocket structure to deliver high efficiency, low resistance and long service life. Decades of research and field experience show that fiberglass bag filters offer excellent dust-holding capacity and remain one of the most economical filter choices for ventilation and air-conditioning systems.
Key Features
- Ultra-fine fiberglass melt-blown media — fibers 0.5–5 μm in diameter, numerous and loosely structured for higher efficiency, lower resistance and longer life than comparable media. A synthetic protective scrim on the outlet side prevents media damage and fiber leakage.
- Optimized V-shape pocket structure — gradient-spaced pleat-edge technology keeps every pocket a uniform V channel, so air passes evenly through the entire media layer for full media utilization, improved efficiency, reduced pressure drop and extended service life.
- UL-2 fire rating — the standard fire rating for fiberglass bag filters, meeting the needs of most applications.
- Multiple frame options — galvanized steel or aluminum frames.
