MBGT-4V V-Bank Filter
Overview
This filter adopts super-fine glass fiber filter media. Continuous hot-melt glue maintains consistent pleat spacing, improves assembly rigidity, prevents the filter media pack from detachment, and guarantees optimal airflow performance.
Specifications
- Media: Fiberglass media or 3-layer composite media (synthetic-fiberglass-synthetic). High-tensile strength, tear-resistant, cleanable with compressed air.
- Separator: Hot-melt glue + Metalozine
- Frame: ABS frame
- Metal Mesh: Powder-coated steel mesh (available upon customer request)
- Sealing: High-quality polyurethane for strong bonding performance
Custom sizes are available, with guaranteed filter performance.
Note: The attached photo shows a standard ABS-frame sample for reference only. Optional powder-coated steel mesh can be added per customer requirements.
