MBGT XT Medium Box Filter for Gas Turbine (F8)
Overview
MBGT-XT-90 is a high-efficiency air filter specially designed for gas turbine intake systems. The increased filter media area reduces media face velocity, resulting in lower initial pressure drop, and provides higher dust-holding capacity for extended service life.
Specifications
- Media: Fiberglass media or 3-layer composite media (synthetic-fiberglass-synthetic), cleanable with compressed air.
- Frame: Interlock Construction Frame, available in galvanized steel, wood and stainless steel (SS). (No rivets for double-header models; fewer rivets for single-header models)
- Header: Single-header or double-header models are optional.
- FaceGuard: FaceGuard on both sides
- EN 779 Class: F8
- Efficiency: 90–95%
- Recommended Final Resistance: 2.6″ W.G.
- Initial Resistance: 0.58″ W.G. @ 2000 CFM (3400 CMH)
- Rated Air Flow: 2000–2500 CFM (3400–4250 CMH)
