MB Series Medium Box Filter (F6–F8)
Overview
The MB Series medium box filters are widely used in variable-air-flow systems and are frequently deployed in cleanroom applications. They can act as pre-filters to prolong the service life of high-efficiency filters, or serve as final filters for certain applications. PU sealant is applied between filter media and frame to effectively prevent air leakage and media damage.
Specifications
- Media: Micro-fine fiberglass media, or 3-layer composite media (synthetic-fiberglass-synthetic). Cleanable with compressed air.
- Recommended Final Pressure: 1.5″ W.G. (375 Pa)
- Frame: Interlock Construction Frame, available in galvanized steel, wood and stainless steel. (No rivets for double-header version; fewer rivets for single-header version)
- Header: Single Header, Double Header or No-Header models are optional.
- EN 779 Class: F6, F7, F8
- Efficiency: F6: 60–65%, F7: 80–85%, F8: 90–95%
- Special Option: High-temperature version up to 350℃ is available.
Custom sizes are supported, with guaranteed filter performance.
