Gel Seal HEPA Filter with Knife Edge
Gel-seal HEPA filter with knife-edge frame — a ring-section gel channel delivers leak-tight sealing for terminal filtration in industrial and biological cleanrooms.
Overview
HEPA filters achieve filtration efficiencies of 99.95% (H13) to 99.99995% (U16) at MPPS — air passes through while fine particles do not. The gel-sealed HEPA filter uses a ring-section U-shaped gel channel whose unique structure outperforms traditional sealing methods, making it the ideal terminal filter for applications with extremely high sealing requirements.
Key Features
- Laser-scanned: MPPS efficiency from H13 (≥99.95%) to U16 (≥99.99995%) per EN 1822.
