The Challenge

Spray plants and coating lines face a double challenge: paint overspray must be filtered, and the curing ovens operate at 250-350°C where ordinary HEPA filters fail. Filter failure here means defective finishes and production stoppages.

Our Solution

Our high-temperature HEPA filters are rated for continuous operation at 250°C, 300°C and 350°C, with aluminium or stainless steel frames and high-temperature sealants. Combined with G4-F9 prefilters upstream, they protect oven sections and deliver consistent finishing quality.
